Since 2013, Christian Berick has been advising long-standing national and international clients on executive search mandates and M&A matters. In addition, he supports listed corporations and medium-sized family-owned companies with expansions, restructurings and age-related successors.

Alexander Brogl has acquired extensive cross-sector knowledge in almost nine years in international Executive Search.

Kai Deininger completed bank training before graduating from the Northwestern University, Chicago and joining Compaq Computer Corp in autumn 1995, initially in Houston and later in Singapore and Munich.

Werner Mummert is Managing Partner of DEININGER CONSULTING. Looking back on 34 years of professional experience, including 20 years in executive search, Werner Mummert is one of the most experienced consultants in the group.

Before joining the management team at our Warsaw office, Rainer Pauly successfully managed a personnel consulting company in Warsaw, focusing on German-speaking medium-sized companies.

His competence as a business partner is based on his professionally developed and maintained network coupled with his profound knowledge of company structures in industry, retail and service.

His study of the Chinese Region and Law at the University of Cologne and the Zhejiang University Hangzhouy enabled him to familiarize himself extensively with Chinese culture and characteristics.
